Hi friends, welcome to our Methodically Substack.

Methodically is a platform in your pocket for personal development. We launched back in September of 2022 and you can read more about the first alpha version of Methodically.

Methodically was created from a belief that everyone should have access to participate in the journey of self-development—regardless of what you have already achieved in life, what barriers you currently face, or what approach you want to take. Whether you work with a coach, a mentor, a friend, or on your own, our goal is to make this journey a delight.

“Methods” are the building blocks of Methodically. You can think of Methods like worksheets, activities, mini-apps, or guided practices—each method is designed to help you explore and develop some area of growth. The collection of methods touch on different facets of wellbeing and performance, the kind of “self-work” that will help you cultivate a personal and professional life that is fulfilling and meaningful.

Methodically is the one place you can go to when you want to work on your Self.

About our Methodically Substack

Our newsletter here serves two purposes.

One: This is a place for us to keep a line of communication open with all of our members on the app. When we release new updates, make changes, or have new methods or other offerings available through the app, we will send updates out here. We also use this as a way to send you what we call “nudges” to return to your methods or to check out what’s new.

Two: This is also an avenue for us to share material we think you’ll find useful. Whether it’s podcast episodes, research articles, blog posts, resource materials, or other anything in between, we’ll share content here that we think you might find relevant and useful as a compendium to the time you spend with Methodically.
